Who controls your data

Intra International is the data controller for personal data processed through PublishCraft AI. This notice applies to visitors, account holders, and subscribers.

Data we collect

• Account details, including name, email address, login identifiers, and author profile.
• Content you provide, including prompts, manuscripts, project metadata, editorial choices, generated text, and cover instructions.
• Service activity, including feature usage, generated outputs, support messages, device information, IP address, and security records.
• Subscription status and transaction references. Full payment card details are processed by our payment reseller and are not stored by us.

Why we use it

We use account and manuscript data to perform our contract with you: authenticate your account, store projects, generate and edit content, create covers, export books, manage subscriptions, and provide support. We process security and usage data for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, maintaining reliability, and improving the service. We use consent where law requires it and process records where necessary to meet legal obligations.

AI processing and your content

Prompts and relevant manuscript excerpts may be sent to contracted AI service providers to produce requested outputs. We and our providers process this content only to provide and secure the service. You should not upload confidential or personal information unless you have the right and a lawful basis to do so.

Who receives data

We share only what is necessary with hosting, storage, authentication, AI, analytics, security, and customer-support providers. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and receives information needed for checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, returns, and billing support. We may also share data with professional advisers and lawful authorities when required.

Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, legal, and accounting needs. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Use the support channel shown in your account or purchase receipt to make a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity.

International transfers and security

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

PublishCraft AI uses essential browser storage and cookies for sign-in, security, preferences, and checkout. We do not currently use optional advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, we will provide the controls required by law.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
