Agreement and seller

PublishCraft AI is provided by Intra International. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it.

The service

PublishCraft AI provides tools for planning, drafting, editing, cover creation, and book export. Your selected plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within its stated limits. We may improve or modify features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits.

Your content and AI outputs

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Intra International and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs.

You are responsible for having rights to your inputs, reviewing output accuracy and originality, and deciding whether an output is appropriate for publication. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other material and is not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, exploitation, hate or violent abuse, malware, security probing, scraping, jailbreaking safeguards, infringement, or content you do not have a right to process. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or bypass technical or plan limits.

We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, investigate rights-holder complaints, and suspend repeated or serious violations. Rights holders may submit a takedown request through the support channel shown in the account or transaction receipt, identifying the work, disputed material, and basis of the claim.

Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid plans renew for the billing interval selected at checkout until canceled. Credit packs are one-time, non-renewing purchases, and each successful AI action uses one credit after the monthly plan allowance is exhausted. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Our intellectual property

Intra International retains all rights in the service, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and branding. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Export your content before access ends; we may later delete retained account data according to our Privacy Notice.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Intra International is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Responsibility and changes

You agree to indemnify Intra International against claims arising from your unlawful use, submitted content, infringement, or breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. Applicable law and courts will be determined by mandatory consumer rules and the jurisdiction connected to Intra International’s legal establishment.
