30-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a PublishCraft AI purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This guarantee applies to monthly and annual subscriptions and one-time credit packs.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and provide the email address and transaction details from your receipt. Paddle, our payment reseller and Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds and related billing support.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Unless a refund is granted, cancellation does not remove access already paid for; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Processing
Refund timing depends on the original payment method and financial institution. Currency conversion or bank charges outside our control may not be recoverable. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
